Quadient Showcases Quadient Customer Journey Mapping at Insurance Conference, Dig-In

[May 3, 2018] — Quadient, formerly GMC Software, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), will be exhibiting at Dig-In, the largest technology conference for the insurance industry, being held May 14-16 at the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas. Under this year’s theme, “Digital Future of Insurance,” the conference will feature keynotes from industry leaders and fast-paced live demos from the industry’s most progressive technology companies.   

In Booth 108, Quadient will be showcasing Quadient Customer Journey Mapping and how it helps enterprises share feedback from business users and make improvements to the customer journey in real time. It is the only cloud-based customer journey mapping tool that incorporates both digital and physical touchpoints into customer journey maps. Quadient Customer Journey Mapping integrates seamlessly with existing customer communications management platforms and enables organizations to view the entire portfolio of customer communications through a single web interface. 

Additionally, Quadient will be hosting a breakfast briefing, “Customer Communications are Critical to Claims Digital Transformation,” on Wednesday, May 16 from 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. Arianna Valentini, product portfolio manager for Quadient, will cover key components of customer communication management (CCM), including steps for  improving the claims process experience, increasing the efficiency of communication channels with policyholders and agents, and executing omni-channel delivery.
